By entering our Refer a Colleague programme, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules, which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with the terms and conditions.
About Refer a Colleague and Who Runs It
- Network Digital Marketing Limited trading as Discounts for Teachers are the promoter of this Refer a Colleague programme and monthly prize draw. It is being run in conjunction with other schemes owned by Network Digital Marketing Limited: Discounts For Teachers, Discounts For Carers, and Charity Worker Discounts.
- The Refer a Colleague programme is open to members of Network Digital Marketing’s discount schemes only: Discounts for Teachers, Discounts For Teachers, Discounts For Carers, and Charity Worker Discounts.
- Discounts for Teachers reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Colleague or Referrer at any time.
- Discounts for Teachers reserves the right to vary any or all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
- The winners will be selected at random and contacted via email within the first 14 working days of the following month. Should Discounts for Teachers be unable to contact the referrer and/or the referee, or both the referrer and referee do not respond within 7 working days, Discounts for Teachers reserves the right to award the prize to alternative winners, this may be redrawn up to 3 times in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Key Conditions to Redeem the Rewards
Referrer Rewards
- The referrer is awarded a prize draw entry for each colleague who successfully registers as a new member of Discounts for Teachers and activates their account by clicking ‘Get Offer’ or ‘Get Deal’ on one of Discounts for Teachers’ deals.
- In order for the referral to qualify for the prize draw the referred colleague must be a new customer to Discounts for Teachers, over the age of 18, and meet these conditions.
- The referrer must be an existing Discounts for Teachers member and over the age of 18.
- Prize draw entries will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Discounts for Teachers, multiple prize draw entries will be delivered to the referrer.
- Prize draw entries for the referrer will be automatically applied on the day of the referred colleague's first use of a deal.
- Prize draw entries will be valid for the existing month from the date earned by the referrer to the final day of that month.
- We cannot guarantee referrals can be linked to a referred colleague, particularly if the referrer and/or referred colleague have blocked tracking on their respective device.
Referred Colleague Rewards
- The Referred colleague is awarded a prize draw entry when they successfully sign up and activate their account by clicking ‘Get Offer’ or ‘Get Deal’ on one of Discounts for Teachers’ deals.
- In order to qualify for the prize draw, the referred colleague must be a new member to Discounts for Teachers, activate their account by using a deal, be over the age of 18, and the referrer must meet these conditions.
- Prize draw entries will be valid for the existing month from the date earned by the referred colleague to the final day of that month.
- We cannot guarantee referrals can be linked to a referred colleague, particularly if the referrer and/or referred colleague have blocked tracking on their respective device.
- The referred colleague prize draw entry cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
- By entering the giveaway, you consent to give us your information (which will include Personal Data as part of the giveaway) to administer the giveaway and agree that we can use it to announce the winner in our marketing materials, promote similar future giveaways and organise delivery of your prize, all according to our Privacy Policy at https://www.discountsforteachers.co.uk/privacy-policy and current UK data protection legislation which applies in the UK.
- The winners agree to the use of their name in any public material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
