Our discounts scheme is available for all Education staff such as Teachers, Office Staff, Domestic/Caterers, Pre-school/Nursery, Private Academic, Student/Trainee, Volunteers who are currently working in the education sector, or have retired in the UK.
It's really easy to become a member and it only takes a couple of minutes to sign up. Go to our registration form and enter the details requested on screen so you can start taking advantage of our deals!
We believe in giving something back to hard-working Teachers and Education Staff, so our service is free to join and free to use. If you aren't already a member you can sign up here.
There are so many roles in the education sector that unfortunately we can't list them all on our registration form. Please select the closest match and be assured that all staff, in any role, are entitled to our discounts.
We ask all members to provide us with a work email or valid document so we can check if you're eligible to become a member. We do this to keep our discounts exclusively for Education staff, as we are committed to maintaining this benefit and providing the best offers.
When registering to become a member, we will ask you to provide a work email address. We do this because we will check the email address you provide against our data base to check if you are eligible to become a member.

If you have been declined, then unfortunately, the uploaded document does not meet our eligibility criteria. Here are some examples of document's that are not accepted: Document does not provide reference to role or employer Passport Driving license Other discount card Document is blurred / un-readable Document is unrelated / random Selfie / Image of a person If you still think you're eligible to become a member, have an alternative document or can verify using a work email instead please contact our Customer Service Team for support.
If you are currently a member of our scheme and retire, you can continue to enjoy our great discounts and deals as usual. However, if you have already retired and are not yet a member, you will need to provide proof of eligibility in order to join our scheme.
Please can you first try to login with any email address you have access to / requesting a password reset email.
If you are still having trouble with your log in, please contact us making a note of the issue in the email and include your full name. This will allow us to check our system for your account and verify your details.
Once this is verified, we can update your email address if needed.
Forgetting your password is easily done and happens to us all. But don't worry, we're here to help you reset your password and gain access to your account.
1) Click 'Sign In' then choose the option 'Forgot Password'.
2) Enter the email address linked to your member account. If you do not know this, please try with any email addresses you have access to and you will receive a password reset email. If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your junk / spam folder to locate the password reset email.
3) If you still haven't received the email, please contact us so we can provide a password reset link for you to use.
We're really sorry to hear you're having problems logging into your account.
Please contact us referencing the email address that you used to register with us, making a note of the issue in the email and including your full name. This will allow us to check our system, verify your details and resolve the issue.
We're sorry to hear you no longer wish to see emails from us. To unsubscribe from our emails, please follow the steps below -
1) Log into your member account
2) Click ‘My Account’ then ‘Email Preferences’
3) Click unsubscribe
If you change your mind in the future, you will just need to log in to your member account and opt to subscribe to our emails within the email preferences section.

We don't like to lose our members because we know you will miss out on great savings. If you do wish to leave our discount scheme and have your member data deleted, please email our Data Protection Officer from the email address registered to your member account at;
Please include your full name and details of your request.
This allows our Data Protection Officer to start the process needed to check our systems to verify your details, locate your account, and delete your data under GDPR.
Once you've found a deal that you want to use, click on the 'Get Deal' button.
'Get Deal' will take you directly to the brand's website to make your purchase and the prices shown will include the discount.
If the offer requires a discount code, click on the 'Get Code' button and we will provide you with a voucher code.
Copy the code and we will take you to the brand's website to make your purchase and enter the code at the checkout.
We also provide printable vouchers and e-vouchers which you can use in-store. All of the information is provided in the T&C's on each offer page.
We have hundreds of discounts on our website. All of our deals are listed and you can find them categorised in our menu bar, or by using our search function.
If you can't find a brand or discount on our website, then unfortunately, we don't have an offer available at that time.

Want to get involved with our scheme? Amazing! Before we get started, there are some things you need to know. Firstly, eligible members can sign up for our scheme without needing to provide proof.
Once you have signed into the profile, you will notice there are terms and conditions for specific discounts - this leads to our second point. Some of the listings will require identification, which can take shape in various forms. This step is often defined by the agreement we have with our partners.
Sometimes you might see a message stating an offer is unavailable.
Unfortunately, this means that the offer has expired or we no longer have the deal in place with the brand at that time.
Our team will be working hard to secure a new brand or an improved deal for our members.

You can head over to our website to reclaim a discount that interests you. In some cases, a store may give you an in-store discount after presenting your ID, but please note that this is not one of our offers.
Currently, we do not provide a discount card, as all our discounts are claimed through our website. However, what we do offer is the ode cashback card. The ode cashback card is a pre-paid cashback card that can be used when shopping online and in-store.
With the ode cashback card, you can receive up to 12% cashback when shopping at participating retailers. Please note that some stores may offer an in-store discount after displaying ID; this is not one of our offers.

When you sign up to become a Discounts for Teachers member, you automatically get a Digital ID. Your Digital ID is a way to prove your member's status in-store (at participating retailers).
Once you have signed up to become a Discounts for Teachers member, your Digital ID can be found by logging into your account. Once you have logged into your account, you will spot a Digital ID icon when opening the menu from the homepage. Simply tap the icon to view your ID.
You can use your Digital ID to show that you’re a Teacher & Education staff worker at any store that offers discount as a safer and easier way to confirm that you are entitled to discount.
