You must have a valid Join Network account to access a discounted broadband plan. Once you have logged in to your Join Network account, you will need to click through and enter your code on the EE website to access our discounted broadband plans. You will complete a line check to see what services are available at your postcode. Our broadband offers are subject to area availability. Our broadband discounts are only available on our 24 month Essentials plans (excluding speeds over 900Mbps) and won’t work with other broadband packages. The offer is available online only and not available over the phone via EE’s Contact Centre or in EE’s retails stores. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively and will be applied to one eligible price plan only. The discount will only apply to the broadband price plan’s monthly cost and will last for a duration of 24 months. When the discount ends, your price plan’s monthly recurring charge will revert to our out of contact price. All services are provided subject to credit check and a minimum term. Early cancellation credit will not be available in conjunction with this offer. On 31 March each year the monthly price shown for broadband plans will increase by £3.
